I'm happy to talk about our Cheese Crescents. A local favorite since my father introduced in them over 30 years ago. We use our cheese pastry dough and fill them with almond or poppy seed paste and roll them up into a crescent. We finish our crescents by topping them with a light glaze. Our poppy seeds crescents get a final sprinkle of poppy seeds.
